Personal Training
Making the commitment to improving your fitness requires the knowledge and ability of WHAT to do, HOW to do it, and WHY you are doing it. ExPo LIFE FITNESS Personal Training does just that. All of our trainers have advanced degrees that take personal training to the next level. Its not just building a workout routine for you - its about getting you results and empowering you with the knowledge to continue your training on your own.
Who Chooses Personal Training?
Just like starting a work project, you need the necessary tools to be successful. In this case, the project is YOU, and finding a personal trainer will have 100% of the focus on you. Those that chose personal training are individuals that are either new to strength/cardio training, have reached a plateau in their fitness, or need accountability in completing workouts. ExPo LIFE FITNESS offers 1:1 training or discounted groups of 2 and 3 (max).

Personal Training: Cost and Results
The biggest mistake people make is to search for a personal trainer by how much it costs per session. Rule of Thumb: you get what you pay for. Standard personal trainer competency is having personal training certification which can be done online. Advance degree trainers that specialize in physiology, kinesiology, and sports medicine have far greater knowledge and practical applications of exercise movements to exceed your fitness goals.
Commitment to Fitness
Making a commitment to improve your fitness also means you are committing to a healthy lifestyle. If you are just starting out, it is wise to find a reputable personal trainer that has access to numerous functional equipment or a facility that offers free personal training for members. Your initial goal is to learn, be educated, and progress. The ultimate goal is to get to a baseline of fitness where it becomes a lifestyle change.
