This must be one of the best healthcare facilities in West Cary I have ever been to. It has a clean facility, a variety of services, and helpful staff. It has been a joy for me to be a part of ExPo LIFE FITNESS as a client.
I've been to quite a few places and this is by far my favorite. The staff always greet me by name when I walk in which adds a special touch to a business we no longer see often. If you're looking for a one stop shop that can help with all of your health goals and make you feel appreciated, this is the one to visit.
I can't say enough good things about this place. The employees are caring, approachable and work hard to make sure that their clients are getting the progress they're looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable with the modalities involved in the workouts that they prescribe. The facilities are purposely put together and clean. They have everything you need to reach and maintain your health goals. Their dietitians are available any time. I wouldn't waste my time with any other facility in the area.
Hands down, the best local healthcare facility - such a community feel! I look forward to walking through the doors every time. Classes and programs for anything you can imagine. The owners are so helpful, and they take the cleanliness very seriously. The best part is that the facility is accessible 24 hours a day. That type of accessibility is hard to find. Would highly recommend!
Best wellness facility in North Carolina! I live in NW Cary and am thrilled I found this place. New facility, well lit, clean facility, and owners that actually care that you're doing well and seeing progress. Everything from rehab physical therapy, strength training, and dietitian services; my insurance company even covered the cost of my treatment.
I joined ExPo because of the treatment of care and my employer recommended it to me for services. ExPo is right down the street from me, its super clean, and I never a wait for equipment. LOVE IT!
I am so grateful to be at ExPo LIFE!! I was looking to get back to a training facility after the lockdown. Working in healthcare, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the gym and precautions that are taken to ensure a safe workout.
Owners take a personal interest in your fitness journey no matter what your fitness level is. If I need a modification it is offered. I have been going for 3 weeks and have seen huge gains in my energy and strength. A friend I have not seen in a few weeks asked me if I was lifting weights!

Absolutely love Expo Life! It’s been great having a small fitness studio so close to our neighborhood that you can walk or run there. Very clean and has everything you need for your fitness goals. Recommend!

I was working out at home off and on the last year, and really just needed a change of scenery and more equipment. Because this location is so convenient to my home I thought I would give it a try.
After a month here I can tell you it’s far better than I could have ever imagined. The owners are fantastic, they keep this place super clean and safe. They offer many healthcare modalities which are available to me from physical therapy, strength training, and nutrition services.

I sought out this place due to the suite of services they provide. My back was always tight and sore. The services I activated were physical therapy, strength training instruction, and spinal education. I feel lighter on my outdoor runs and do not get fatigued at the end of the work day like I used to. My back and core are a lot stronger.
