We would like to congratulate Heidi on this big accomplishment!
Heidi joined ExPo LIFE FITNESS through a friend referral and is one of our fastest members to reach 100 workouts since she started.
It’s been a such a blessing getting to know Heidi, what motivates her, and learning about the great professional work she does to help many in this world.

Reaching 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts requires self discipline and a strong supportive network. Heidi sets the example of seeking fitness advice when she needs it, is open about her challenges, and gives back by being a positive influence to others when THEY need it.

What is Your Most Memorable Moment Over the Past 100 Workouts
Heidi: It was the ExPo Fitness Challenge Week. It’s a measurable fitness test for 7 days that tracks your progress. I think my most memorable was that Saturday of this ExPo Fitness Challenge Week. I decided that I was going to stick to my regular workout schedule and stop on Friday. All Saturday morning I just had this nagging feeling that I could make the Saturday afternoon Fitness Challenge session and get in one more challenge day. After that, I just had to make the Sunday workout and get in all seven!
I am already noticing so many improvements in strength and mobility in my daily life and I can’t wait for the Spring challenge to actually measure my progress.
What is Your Favorite ExPo LIFE Workout and Why
Heidi: My favorite workout has to be ExPo Posture and Balance on Mondays. Its just a great way to start the week.
What Are You Most Proud of After Doing 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts

We have many members who hold an ExPo Ultimate Membership that are obtaining phenomenal results, both physically and mentally.
These members participate in science-backed, results-oriented workouts ranging from low-intensity interval training, power circuit training, and our proprietary F.I.T. (functional integrated total), just to name a few.

With smaller class sizes, we are able to specialize our workouts by combining anatomy and physiology into the “how” and “why” of body mechanics whereas other fitness facilities that have larger class sizes simply cannot stop the class to teach this.
Members also take advantage of popping into the ExPo facility outside of their scheduled workouts to utilize the ExPo LIFE FITNESS equipment or ask for educational follow-up. This is a huge advantage over ‘class only’ gyms.
In addition, we teach members how to stay on their fitness path by providing specific mental skill-sets that compliment their physical dedication; this is one of many differentiating factors we have.
