100 ExPo LIFE Ultimate Workouts | Kim
This week we have another ExPo Ultimate member who has now completed 100 ExPo Workouts. We would like to congratulate Kim on this big accomplishment!
Kim can be seen in a lot of our photos including the awesome photo at the end of this blog. We conducted a fitness interview with her so please read below – we hope you like it 😀
We have many members just like Kim who hold an ExPo Ultimate Membership that are obtaining phenomenal results, both physically and mentally. These members participate in science-backed, results oriented workouts ranging from low-intensity interval training, power circuit training, and our proprietary F.I.T. (functional integrated total), just to name a few.
2 significant reasons why ExPo LIFE Workouts guarantee results:
- Personalized training workouts (<6 ppl/class)
- Education of proper form/technique by exercise physiologists
With smaller class sizes, we are able to combine anatomy and physiology into the “how” and “why” of movements whereas other fitness facilities that have larger class sizes of 10+ people simply cannot stop the class to teach this.
Members also take advantage of popping into the facility outside of their scheduled workouts to utilize the equipment or ask for educational follow up.
In addition, we teach members how to stay on their fitness path by providing specific mental skill-sets that compliment their physical dedication; this is one of many differentiating factors we have.
What is Your Most Memorable Moment Over the Past 100 Workouts
Kim: Hmmm, too many to list! If I had to choose it would be the first time we did ExPo Rolls as I had no idea what we were doing but it works my core very well.
