PHYSICAL THERAPY

I am Dr. Kristen Schleich PT, DPT, MS, avid rock climber, recreational jogger, and leisurely dog walker.

I hold a M.S in Kinesiology, Applied Neuromechanics, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University. I previously worked in the commercial outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting and although I worked with a great team, I did not love the way I was forced to practice. I don’t believe the quality of care I give should be dictated by insurance companies, volume metrics, or doubled patients.

I value direct one on one care where your voice is heard and your thoughts matter.

I love nothing more than being a part of someone’s healing journey and seeing them do things they never thought possible.

My physical therapy background includes injuries and chronic pain, rock climbing and running-specific recovery, shoe wear assessments, post-operative rehabilitation and pediatric conditions.

As a patient, my goal is for you to be able to fully live within the body you’ve been given- whatever this may mean to you.
