ExPo LIFE FITNESS keeps its membership plans simple. The Strength Plan offers members 24/7 access to state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment or members can join the Ultimate Plan which includes the Strength Plan plus unlimited access to over 30+ types of various workouts led by advanced degree physiologists and trainers.

We have many members who are participating in the Ultimate Plan that are seeing phenomenal results both physically and mentally by taking Ultimate workouts.

This past week we have 2 Ultimate members, Michele and Nocha, who have completed 100 ExPo Workouts and we would like to congratulate them on this big accomplishment!

We did a quick interview with both ladies – enjoy the read below!
 

❓What is your most memorable moment over the past 100 workouts?

Michele: “The first time I tried the ExPo Roll! It’s a unique core exercise movement we did in a core class and I thought the instructor was crazy in that I could never do it. I don’t even remember how long it took me to actually understand how to do it but now I appreciate what it does for my core.”
Nocha: “My most memorable moment was when I realized I could do movements with my left shoulder that I haven’t been able to do for a long time. I had 2 shoulder surgeries to repair a torn labrum over the past 4 years. Up until starting at ExPo LIFE, I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to do many strength movements with my left shoulder. The physiologist trainers at ExPo have been very deliberate in helping me get to this point. I am looking forward to even further growth and excited about it!
 
 
❓What is your favorite ExPo LIFE workout and why?
Michele: I enjoy a mix of cardio and strength. The ExPo HIIT on the Strength Floor workout does provide that in a short amount of time.
Nocha: ” My favorite is the ExPo F.I.T. workout because I really enjoy weight work and I can really feel that I am getting stronger – did you notice the guns??
 
❓What are you most proud of after doing 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts?
Michele: “I am definitely more fit in general but I have to say that my core strength is beyond what I thought it could be. I’m also proud of my accomplishments in the pull-ups. My back and shoulders are definitely stronger which is a result of the ExPo workouts focusing on a lot of posterior strength to improve posture.”
Nocha: “I am going to change the question to what am most PLEASED about. I have been involved in athletics my whole life and have seen lots of gyms. What I am most pleased about at ExPo is the supportive and fun coaching staff and other athletes at the gym. Brad and Lisa have worked hard to create a community. I got to 100 workouts because I enjoy the whole package so much.”
