We now have our 14th ExPo Ultimate Member who has completed 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts


We would like to congratulate Julianne on this big accomplishment!

 

 

 

Julianne and her husband started their fitness journey with us back in the spring of 2021.

 

As a registered nurse and in the healthcare field, Julianne has a deep understanding of the need to perform functional exercises to keep the body active and alive.

 

The location of ExPo LIFE is quite convenient for her as its a 1 minute drive or 5 minute jog from her house.

 

Julianne is the Master of ExPo’s Time Crunch Tabata.

 

With an uplifting personality, Julianne always walks in the door with 2 things: her ECU famous stainless steel water container and a smile. 😊

 

That smile is still present even when she reserves her spot for the Time Crunch Tabata class, the second hardest workout we offer at ExPo LIFE.

 

Tabata is a high-intensity cardiovascular blast with minimal breaks that keeps your heart rate at an elevated, yet sustainable rate.

Below is an interview we conducted with Julianne after eclipsing 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts. Enjoy!

 

What is Your Most Memorable Moment Over the Past 100 Workouts?

Julianne: I can’t think of one in particular but I appreciate having a group of people that are familiar when I walk in the gym and that notice when I’m not there. It’s nice to have a team to workout with. 

 

What is Your Favorite ExPo LIFE Workout and Why?

JulianneTabata! It’s hard, quick, and I feel like I accomplished something when I’m done. 

 

What Are You Most Proud of After Conducting 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts?

JulianneThat I’m still coming regularly!

 

What Motivates You to Stay on Your Fitness Path and What Advice Can You Give Others to Jumpstart Their Own Fitness?

Julianne: My motivation is to be healthy. Exercise is important to me and to my health. I don’t want to be educating my patients to do something I am not doing myself.

 

My advice to others is to START. That is the hardest part.
