Hey ExPo LIFE FITNESS Followers!

 

We now have our 10th ExPo Ultimate Member who has completed 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts. 


We would like to congratulate Jessica on this big accomplishment!

 

 

Like most of us during the pandemic, Jessica observed it was getting more difficult to perform recreational tasks like hiking. She always knew that the lower half of her body was strong but when that started to weaken, she knew she needed to make a change.

 

Jessica joined ExPo LIFE FITNESS the beginning of October 2021 and never looked back. She has kept her fitness goals simple: improve overall body strength and functional movement. She now calls ExPo LIFE her fitness home and we are lucky to have her with us!

 

Jessica was new to many ExPo functional training workouts so having advanced degree instructors teach her body mechanics and proper technique allowed her to quickly perform movements without pain or risk of injury.

 

Jessica has increased her time on the battle ropes by 900% in 5 months!

 

Like most members at ExPo LIFE FITNESS who have made a consistent commitment to their fitness, Jessica has workout buddies that count on her to be present. Having the facility close to her residence is also a bonus.

 

Jessica is one of our fastest members to 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts by averaging 5 workouts per week.

Below is an interview we conducted with Jessica after eclipsing 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts. Enjoy!

 

What is Your Most Memorable Moment Over the Past 100 Workouts?
Jessica: The first time I did ExPo Rolls! It was so hard for me as I could not move my body after a few rolls. 


What is Your Favorite ExPo LIFE Workout and Why?
Jessica:
I love the Core Cardio class. I have really weak core muscles and this workout helps me strengthen my core. 

 

What Are You Most Proud of After Conducting 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts?
Jessica: I am proud of myself for showing up every weekday at the 6:15am class. Start the day with a workout is my new routine. I feel that I am full of energy after morning workouts!

 

What Motivates You to Stay on Your Fitness Path and What Advice Can You Give Others to Jumpstart Their Own Fitness?
Jessica: I was member of two other gyms before join ExPo LIFE. I went to large group class with 20+ peoples and felt very crowded. I seldom showed up at the gym.

 

I like the small group class setting here at ExPo LIFE. Brad, Lisa, and Ruhi are very kind and helpful. Also, the location of the gym is convenient for me.

 

We all know that exercise is the key to good health. For people who want to start their own fitness, my advice would be to find an activity you enjoy, find an instructor to guide you, find a group of people to workout with you, and make your workout as a routine.
