We now have our 11th ExPo Ultimate Member who has completed 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts.
We would like to congratulate Andrew on this big accomplishment!
Andrew started his fitness journey with us by joining the Functional X Program which is a 4-week program (12 workouts) specifically designed for people getting back into working out or that are new to fitness.
The Functional X Program provides workouts heavily influenced by education on body mechanics and understanding how our body operates to perform physical tasks. ExPo functional workouts will reduce back pain, body aches, improve sleep, and increase strength in all areas of our body and mind.
Andrew Brings 100% Effort to Every Workout.
Andrew is a big Michigan fan and his nickname at ExPo LIFE is “Rage”. This comes from his affection for the band (Rage Against The Machine), but more importantly, is his ability to never give up on any workout, station, or exercise movement. He does not let up until the countdown hits zero.

Below is an interview we conducted with Andrew after eclipsing 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts. Enjoy!
What is Your Most Memorable Moment Over the Past 100 Workouts?
Andrew: One breakthrough moment that happened was completing all seven days of the ExPoNENTIAL Fitness Challenge last fall.
Leading up to the challenge, it had only been a few weeks since completing the Functional X Program.
I started the ExPoNENTIAL Fitness Challenge hoping to complete five of the seven days and even that would be a stretch.
Despite being a bit sore, I completed the entire week (1 workout/day for 7 days) and have been going to ExPo LIFE almost 5x/week for my workouts.
That ExPoNENTIAL Fitness Challenge helped me both physically, and mentally.
I am excited for the follow-up challenge in a few weeks to measure the progress since October!
What is Your Favorite ExPo LIFE Workout and Why?
Andrew: I like that ExPo LIFE offers many different types of workouts throughout the week to keep the workouts fresh, but if I have to pick only one it would be the ExPo powerlifting / strength training workout. I plan my weekly calendar around that one to make sure I don’t miss it.
It is fun to see the progression week over week, safely lifting heavy things, and feeling that sense of accomplishing something you didn’t think was possible a week ago or a month ago.
Core Cardio always hurts in a good way as well.
What Are You Most Proud of After Conducting 100 ExPo Ultimate Workouts?
Andrew: I am happy to say I just feel better. Increased mobility, more energy, eating healthier, better numbers on the scale, etc.
I have taken the ‘Covid weight’ off and continue to make improvements in my overall health each week.
It feels good to FEEL GOOD!
What Motivates You to Stay on Your Fitness Path and What Advice Can You Give Others to Jumpstart Their Own Fitness?
Andrew: What motivates me is being healthy for my family. My wife and I have two girls who are very active and I want to keep up with them for as long as I can!
Coming to ExPo LIFE definitely has helped me feel better about that achieving that goal.
My advice for others is that you can’t get to 100 workouts without completing the first so focus on that. And then the next. My only regret is waiting to start or else I could be nearing my 200th workout like Michele!
Lisa and Brad have created a great facility and community at ExPo LIFE that makes it fun and something I look forward to on a daily basis.
